Answer: The Medicare Part D consists of the prescription drug benefits. It means that this part D provides the benefits to the Medicare carrier which includes self administered prescription drugs. It is one of the most popular federal programs which provides reimbursement for the prescription drugs. This program should be purchased with the registered private insurers. Earlier, when the Medicare Part D was registered, it lack several policies. But slowly the government introduces the several strategies to uplift the part D coverage. The federal government introduced the plan and reduces the risk of burden among people. This program became essential when the drug prices started to soar. Hence the government took this step and in the year 2006 it came under effect. The physicians, healthcare organizations as well as the policy holders indulge themselves and brought the better opportunity to implement this part D.
