Answer #1

There are few things that hinder a person from becoming a nurse.First and foremost the social prejudice on the nursing job. There are people who doesnot have complete idea about the nursing profession but have a negative attitude towards it and they spread their point of view in the community. The other thing is that the duty scedule of nurses, like the nurses are mandatory to do night duty in their career, which can lead to helath issues in the future. The other reason is the expense to study the nursing course is much more than the remuneration that is allowed by the government for the nurses. The last but not least it is a job with full of tension as far as the nurses deal with the human life.
