3.csf - normal colour of csf is clear or colourless. The csf is mainly produced by choroid plexus. But also produce ependayl lining cell of brain ventricle. One of the main function of csf is protect the brain and perform vital part. Adult csf volume estimated 150 ml.

Bacterial csf - main finding are elevated protein,hypoglycorachia,csf pressure and leukocyte concentration is also elevated. The fluid appearence may be cloudy or turbid.
