2. The answer to this question is very simple. Communities of Gwinett county are expected to contain more toxic waste facilities as compared to Bartow county. The reason is that the people of Gwinett have a better income as compared to the people of Bartow county and installing these facilities will not hit them hard onto their pockets in terms of cost. Secondly, communities of Gwinett county have more educated people than Bartow county which implies larger number of people in the community with the sense of treating toxic waste smartly and preventing prevalance of health conditions in the community. Third and the most important reason is the number of uninsured under age population in the county. Since Gwinett county has more number of uninsured under age population, they will definitely try to keep there surrounding free from disease causing agents and toxic waste.
