The new cases of obesity among college students in Saudi Arabia was 35.5% with an overal prevelance of 35.6 % females are more obese with prevelenceof 44% than male students.

The physical activity increases the peoples total energy expenditure which help them staty in energy balance andevenloss weight.The number of students with obese who are physically active in KSA was 34053 but the number of students who are physically inactive was 478346.

Desciptive studies mostly aim to provide estimate ot prevelence of disease traits such as peoples attitude, smoking behaviour,etc where as analytical study focus to assess association between diffrent parameters.this is used to test hypotheses by selection and comparison of groups.
