Analyzing the ABG report there is an abnormal increase in the pH and abnormal decrease in PaCo2

We know that this decrease in tissue PaCO2 leads to a decrease in hydrogen ion (H+) concentration, represented as an increase in pH as the environment undergoes the process of alkalosis.alkaline blood causes severe vomiting. There the patient is in alkalosis and interventions of alkalosis are usually treated by replacing water and electrolytes (sodium and potassium) while treating the cause.
