HR policies are provide the guidelines to the organization or hospitals to select and guide their employees. The HR process will helpful in determining and identifying the functions of each and every healthcare providers in the healthcare team. This will helpful in determining their own jobs and activities while caring a patient.and also this will helpful in identify their jobs and responsibilities to the hospital and patients . So the workers can work effectively and provide appropriate care to the patient.

There fore HR policies and process had an effect on the patient care.
