Dysphagia is acondition in which difficulty in swallowing ability it will causes so many nutritional problems in patient.we have to assess the pt at what stage dysphagia is and based on that assistance To be given . Mainly masses and pureed food s withound any limbs can be given for patient with stage 1dysphagia. On further dysphagia we have to either put ryles tubes or otherwise intravenous nutritional therapy should be started based on advice of nutritionist.
