Heart diseases leading to shorter life expectancy in some specific region of the world can be considered as a health problem that can be improved by working with community partners.

This can be improved by forming a community partnership between hospitals and civic groups, which aims to reduce that by adressing health equity issues leading to heart diseases. Civic groups comprising of cardiologists, Community health centres and Hospitals are the organizations in the community which can work together to minimise heart diseases and improve life expectancy.

Inequality among employment, transportation, healthy food and neighborhood violence may contribute to illness such as heart diseases that may eventually leading to shorter life expectancy. Obesity in young adults developed due to the poor life style nowadays has become another major reasons for heart diseases.
