Answer 1: Safety management is important as to provide protection to the patients as well as the working staffs. The nursing homes follows the traditional safety management. It is one of the major concern while providing care to the patients. The risk management is important in the case of the patient. The traditional follow up and providing safety accordingly. The promotion of the safety of patients and preventing the legal exposure , reducing the health risk to a broader lens in the entire healthcare system. The safety programs that are sufficient to prevent the patients from any kind of harm.

The traditional approach is better as there are several programs to prevent harm. These measurements and programs reduces the disparities and enhances the patient compliance.
