The reasons that drive patients not to have access to care include,

1) High cost of treatment

2)no or limited insurance coverage offered to certain treatments

Eg. Some dental treatments are not insurance covered

3) limited availability of appointment and limited working hours

4)lack of knowledge about health care centers available

5) lack of transportation facilities

6)shortage of health care providers in certain geographic areas.

*Use mobile clinic to go to the patient

The term mobile clinic means a clinic that provide primary, preventive or dental treatments in a fully equiped van , truck or bus. This mobile clinic provide health care in underserved areas of both rural and urban . in our country over 700 mobile clinics are functioning.
