How would you go by leading a group of adolesents? What steps would you take while leading a group of adolescents? ( Please be specific )

The adolescents or Teenagers aged between 15-17 years .They will be in a stage of identity Vs confusion .So in order to lead a group, these adolescents has to be handled with knowledge, skills ,support , clarifying all queries and as a role model .

The steps which has to be taken while leading a group of adolescents are

• Meeting their needs on psychosocial and psychodynamic aspects
• Instilling knowledge and skills in the adolescents
• They have to provided aware regarding self protection ,certain infectious disease condition at this age
• Ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to cope up with various situations of their life.
• As they are in a stage of confusion often wrong decision can be made by them .In order to prevent this educating about morality will be helpful .
