Absent mindedness is a mental condition where the person exhibit characteristics of forgetfulness, lack of attention span , lot of distraction which results in incomplete work, lack of competency. This is not a diagnosed condition rather a primary experience this due to secondary causes such as untoward incident in life , lack of sleep or any psychiatric disorders.

Treatment doesn't include medical procedures instead it focus on alternative therapies such as meditation to increase concentration and frequent rest in between shorter work duration.
