Examples:

Being white is thought to decrease the chances of legal persecution.

Being white can increase job opportunities in similar skilled people.

They have a more positive relation with the police. A number of cases of police brutality which have resulted in the death of young black men has resulted in discussions that point out a higher incidence of such events against black men as compared to error men.
