Respiratory system: Presence of tachypnea,wheezez, oxygen saturation ,Breathing difficulty, characteristic of sputum( mostly thick and sticky mucous), quality of breathing sound by auscultation, cyanosis, clubbing of fingers.sputum culture and chest xray can also be included.

Cardiac:assessment for enlargement of heart( right ventricular hypertrophy), barrel shaped chest.

Gastrointestinal system: Abdominal pain and discomfort, appetite( poor appettite),odour of the stool( frothy, foul smelling stool).

Appearance:thin extrimities, low weight, protuberant abdomen

Other: Vital signs( heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, body temperature, oxygen saturation), blood sugar( also amount of insulin intake) and any allergy.
