because it does not produce low blood sugar or hypoglycemia except above mentioned drugs,other medications are produce hypoglycemic effect compairing with Dipeptidyl-peptidase inhibitors.

It's a new class of oral antidiabetic medications used to lower blood glucose without produce hypoglycemic,the drug may produce hypoglycemic effect only administered with other oral hypoglycemic agent.so the drug can be used to treat hypoglycemia also.

because the abatacept is a class of medications called selective costimulation modulators .it is also called immunomodulators.
