LDL (low-density lipoproteins) is also known as bad cholesterol that builds cholesterol in the arteries which causes heart related problems.

The normal LDL level should be less than 100mg/dL in the body.

  • Diets containing animal products - Fatty dairy products, hamburgers, pizza and animal diets that containing saturated fat, trans fat can induce in high level of LDL
