They are difficult to be cultivated and has to be protected from pests.
As it is difficult to cultivate harmful chemicals are added to raise a healthy plant which may be injurious to our health.So, even healthy foods cannot be trusted these days.
When considering taste as a factor, vegetables and other whole foods are less tastier than the refined and unhealthy foods that are available in the market which is even more dragging when unhealthy foods are more cost effective.
