Trainees can be evaluated based on their performance and behavioural skills and what to expect from them. They should be good efficient enough for the work. Evaluate the changes and improvements during the training period by conducting evaluation tests and a final survey can also be held to assess the trainees reaction.

Conflicts may arise during the training period. But being a higher official stay calm and try to handle the situation wisely. Give opportunities to explain their side , so that you will get a better understanding or clarification of the situation. Find the root cause of the conflict and resolve it. If the conflict remain unresolved it may affect the performance and productivity of the team.
