Even though nursing care is not specified in the metaparadigm but the metaparadigm includes the delivery of optimal health services to the individual, family or community by mutual understanding in a safe environment. For achieving good outcomes, the health care provider must have good communication skills, knowledge, technolgy, medical and general skills, professional judgement, sense of responsibility and team spirit. It also includes the application of knowledge and education that was recieved by the nurse in the school and field or from anywhere for the betterment of the individual.
