1) Gathering all kind of information regarding to fulfill the goal of the particular plan.

2) Creating the Objectives regarding the plan of goal.

3) Establishing & increasing the idea of plan to fulfill the goal.

4) Identification of the possible alternatives.

5) Select one of the best possible alternatives.

6) Maintain or Organising the supportive strategic ideas.( Like- involving Procedures,methods,budgets of the plan..)

7) Defining & explaining the involving activities.

8) The next step is to prepare the plan which is to be actioned.

9) Inter-personal Communication & Co-operation should be established.

10) Continuous follow up of the plan & review of the plan should be maintained.
