Wernicke's Aphasia Broca’s aphasia
-Cause by injury to temporal lobe of brain.

-cause by injury to frontal lobe of brain.

They speak long sentences. They speak short phrases.
They add many unnecessary words while speaking. They omit words while speaking.
It is easy for them to speak many words at a time. It is difficult for them to speak even few words at a time.
They find it difficult to understand speach. They understand speach very well.

For example- many lot of things, yes near by river trees , people beautiful view near it.

It is difficult to understand their speech.

For example- cup tea me.

We can understand their speech.

Damage or injury to brain can lead to Aphasia.severe head injury ,trauma, shock, infections etc can lead to aphasia. Injury to temporal bone can lead to Wernick's aphasia and injury to frontal lobe can lead to Broca's aphasia.
