The Baldwin effect describes the effect learned behavior on evolution.James Mark Baldwin and others suggested that an organism's ability to learn new behaviours according to its environment and accommodating according to it ,will affect the reproductive success were a species birth relies on it.And therefore have an effect on the genetic makeup of the species through natural selection which decides the person's or any other species life journey.

The Learned behaviour decides the person the way they raise and the Genetic assimilation decides the birth, both paves the way for the Natural selection.
