FOR DOSAGE TO BE ADMINISTERED THE FOLLOWING STEPS SHOULD BE FOLLOWED :

1.convert weight to kg if given in other units.
Here it's already the given weight is in kg = 25kg

2.Convert the dose in mg :

25kg x 300mg/kg/24hours = 7500mg/24hours

3.Divide the dose by frequency:

Every 4 hours the dose should be administered so for 24 hrs the dose should be given 6 times

7500mg/24hrs divide by 6 = 1250mg/dose

CONCLUSION:

THE NURSE SHOULD ADMINISTER 1250 mgs FOR EACH DOSE
