A) C N A is legally not allowed to administer medication and gastrostomy feed.Another thing is CNA is doing it all alone as LPN is on break..

B) LPN is accountable for CNA 's action.Allowing CNA to perform duties which they are not asigned for is malpractice.And it is a nursing practice violation.

C) the LPN should make sure that all care provide to the patient meets the required standard.LPN should not breach her duties with CNA.There should be continouse monitoring to ensure that the patients care meets required standards.

D)LPN only have the licence to perform medication administration.In this scenario ,CNA break the law which can be dangerous to the patient.

E)Incident report can be made on the negligence and malpractice of both LPN and CNA
