Kant would have been opposed to the Tuskegee Syphilis study because of disingenious in it. Though the duty has to be done without expecting a particular outcome here the duty carried by the researchers on the subjects were lied and it costed the lives of many subjects. Moreover there was treatment available for the syphilis which was purposefully not given by the researchers to the subjects and leading them to severe health defects.
