Ans) 4) Some journal with open access ask high fees to publish an article, this cost can reach up to 2500 $ USA, is it logic to charge this high cost on the author who has paid a lot of costs to accomplish his research, it seems as penalty for researchers to charge them these costs, is it ethically accepted, where the money will go? Some paid journals ask peer reviewing process by other researchers for free.
I think we need some international roles and regulations for these journals.
