Homework Answers

Answer #1

1) ofcourse the answer is True.

eGFR value > 60 ml/min/1.73 m2. is usually used for renal dosing of medication.

eGFR is a formula ,usually doctors uses blood test result as well as age, race, sex and ethnic group to calculate how much waste our kidney should be able to filter in a minute.

A healthy kidney should be able to filter more than 90ml/ minute.

Normal eGFR results range from 90ml/min to 120 ml/min / 1.73 m2

eGFR below 60 ml/min for 3 months can leads to high level of albumin in urine, which indicates chronic kidney disease.

The table below gives the age and bone density for five randomly selected women. Using this data, consider the equation of the regression line, yˆ=b0+b1xy^=b0+b1x, for predicting a woman's bone density based on her age. Keep in mind, the correlation coefficient may or may not be statistically significant for the data given. Remember, in practice, it would not be appropriate to use the regression line to make a prediction if the correlation coefficient is not statistically significant. Age 3535 4545...
