Assault is the typical intentional tort occuring in the multimedia and its commited by the male actor who is trying to touch the face of the lady without her permission, because In common law, assault is the tort of acting intentionally, that is with either general or specific intent, causing the reasonable apprehension of an immediate harmful or offensive contact.
