- I chose to do yoga, using an application for 6 days.  

- Yoga has many benefits, it balances the chakras and helps in

  • Poor blood circulation

  • High blood pressure

  • Arthritis

  • Osteoporosis

  • Limited mobility

  • Lower back pain

  • Trouble breathing

  • Headaches

  • Tension or stress

  • Depression

- it was very challenging, because the postures are very hard to do. It requires practice and perseverance to do yoga.

- I will definitely try to. If one doesn't believe about the chakras and it's effectiveness, it is still a nice way to burn calories. Hence I will.
