- Gain more knowledge through reading and practicing.A good knowledge on our field make us more confident and comfort in our capabilities and help us to manage though situation.

- Discuss your questions and doubts with your senior nurse or with the physician.

- Try to find out a mentor.

- Try to make a good communication skill and this makes you more confident.

- Do not try to compare yourself to other people.

- Always be calm in difficult situations and this helps you to complete your duties perfectly.
