Implementation of knowledge, critical thinking, leadership skills etc are the major innovative behavior in the nursing home.

For example, the innovative behavior can be implemented in the case where the patient belong to other region or have different beliefs. In this case, the nuse should provide cultural competence environment to the patient. This will eliminate the risk of communication barriers as well as improve the treatment process.
