Florida Nurse Practice act provide specific requirment in the deligaiton of tasks and activities to unliseced personals. it inlcude data collection for health problem list, survey and monthly statistics. They can also determine nursing diagnosis and admisnter certain medication and can provide first aid, perform a physical examination, immunization record review and they can perform delegated treatment as prescribed. Unlisecd personal with specific training and they can delegate actvitiy under the supervision of the nurse and they have assitve role to RNs and LPNs for providing patient care service.
