We apply the principles of leadership and collaboration in a proposed public health interventions every now and then. For example if we have a case of diabetes the patient may be suffering from many complications due to diabetes such as neuropathy, nephropathy etc. For this we need collaboration of experts of various fields such as cardiologists, neurologists and neurologists. Finally for the medical interventions we need leadership skills to decide which intervention to be given in the light of advise from all other fields.
