The skills and competencies requiered for the managing projects and programs as a nurse leader are planning ,executing and controlling to the closing of a project the key of course is being able to manage a projeect on time and on budjet by gaining the confidence of all nursing officers and leaders a highly motivated team to a successful outcome,Different roles in project management will require differenct compentncies ,since the project management enviornment is characterised by change ,responsibilities and hence required knowledge and skills levels continously transform one of the key conpetencies is therfore to be flexible and adaptive in any situation.
