Answer : To calculate the flow rate ,use the following formula :-    = total number of drops * drop factor     total timeminutes. * 60      Here, total volume is = 1000 ml    Time. = 8 hours . ( if we calculate for one minute ,it comes 8 * 60 ) . Drop factor = 20gtt / ml. Flow rate. = 1000 * 20 . 8 * 60. = 41.66 gtts/mt .     Answer is 41.66 gtts /mt. If we rounded it ,it comes (42)
