One PICOT stusy eg can be

P: Acute NSTEMI patient

I: Psychological support by ACS nurse

C: psychological management and support by non specialised nurse and specialised coronary nurse during patient hospital stay

O: Approach used by both the specialised and non specialised cardiac care nurse nurse is same and helpful for the patient. OR different approach in terms of managing the patient behavior.

T: during the hospital stay till the 2-3 onth after discharge.

There has been many articles on the nursing care and pyschological help provided by unrsing specialist but few articles suggest that ACS i.e. specialsed cardiac nurses provided good support to the patient. One study can be done to identify the appoach used by both the specialised and non specialised nurse during the hospital stay and after 2-3 month of discharge. Is it helpful to have a ACS nurse?
