Childbirth preparation is required for all women whether it is their first chid or there second as every child birth comes with different case and history therefore a women shoud be prepared for what is coming.

The womens should be informed regarding the importance of antenatal visits as it helps the healthcare workers to track any abnormalities and to prevent it.

The womens should be encouraged to join the childbirth classes for example Lamaze classes, as it helps them to be confident in giving birth.

The women should also be informed whether she would like a traditional birth or try midwives, the other options include water births .

During the preparation the childbirths, womens should be explained the procedures which will take place during the child birth for example they should be explained what is episiotomy and its benefits.
