Cough

Exertional dyspea

Wheezing and Crackles sound

Sputum production

Barrel chest

Weight loss

Orthopnea

Prolonged expiration

Cardiac dysrythmia

Congestion or Hyperinflation seen on chest x ray

Accessory muscles use during breathing

Decrease lungs vital capacity

Respiratory acidosis

Hypoxemia

Answer 2 - COPD diagnosed by -

Lungs Spirometry test (pulmonary function test)

Chest x Ray

Arterial blood gas analysis

Sputum examinations

Pulse oximeter

Answer 3 - ABG report of copd patient as following -

Pco2 - more than 45 mm Hg

Po2- less than 80 mm hg

PH - less than 7.35

Hco3 - more than 27 meq/ml
