The medicare was first enacted in 1965 .But 1/2 of this was covered by the insueance of the hospital care.from 1st july ,1966 the application of Medicare, part of the entire adult population of the native qualified for coverage and almost everyone participated voluntarily.Involvement of Medicare suppliers, including Title 6 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Nearly a deadline for the separation of Medicare Law Hospital.

DRG : A Diagonosis related groups is a statistical method to categorize an inventory group in a class for a regulate the related group payment. The DRG stratification system divides possible diagnosis into more than 20 main body systems, and subdivisions in about 500 groups for Medicare references.
