She has no children and is married. She states her marriage is strong and they have an active church life. In the last six months, she has had multiple bouts of pneumonia that appear to resolve with antibiotics.

Drooping left eye, weakness present in stroke, brain tumor ,canceof nerves or muscles and in myasthenia gravis. So doctor need to know the predisposing factors for the these condition weather patient had any.

Main risk factors for brain tumor is exposure to radiation. Risk factors for myasthenia gravis are having personal or family history of autoimmune disease,women over 40 years Stroke risk factors are drinking and smoking , History of heart disease, Embolism .

Information about these risk factors we need to collect from the patient.
