There are many unknowledgable persons from the community may included in the health programmes leads the programme to mispractices and many confusions. This leads to made many wrong activities and provide inappropriate knowledge to the community.

Too many members from the community involved in the health programmes there may arise so many opinions and this may make confusions in the activities.

It is difficult to make a decision because of those too many opinions.
