Health education and health promotion carries same meaning. Health education is the nursing of healthcare professional activity in which we are educating the patient and their family members about the different aspects of health promotion such as prevention of disease, explanations provided about the medical interventions and medical care etc. So the ultimate aim of the health education is to educate the patient to leave healthy so it had the same meaning of health promotion.
