They were required to memorize each of the surgical tools and understand the functions of each one of them. For instance, there are multiple scissors: surgical, lister, suture; and each one has a different purpose. Main forceps are medical tools that are designed to grab small objects, tissue, or scraps.

Operating rooms are the revenue generator of the hospital, and surgical instruments play a large role in performing surgical procedures. Surgery is a life saving procedure. When you assist the surgery you should aware that which instrument is used for further next procedure. Provide wrong instrument can confuse and delay the procedure.

Surgical instruments are tools or devices that perform such functions as cutting, dissecting, grasping, holding, retracting, or suturing. We should know that which instrument has particular function.
