It is a communication between two people , parties or groups intended to reach a beneficial outcome over one or more issues where conflict exist.

Life is filled with human interaction and human interaction is essentially negotiating arena.

It is the process of influencing others in oreder to get what we want.

As a health care personnel we are involved in collaborative care approach, we are dealing with client and other team members , family members etc.In team work coflicts develops or exist.we discuss with other members formally in order to make an agreement and get over through conflict successfully.
