There is need to understand the strategic alternatives for the health care organization's strategic plan. Strategies alternatives are the strategies that help to develop the organization which gives direction to get the desire goals and objectives which is set in the organization's strategies plan.

Distribution of work among the workers as strategic alternatives to get the desire goals of the organization. Separate duties and responsibilities should be clearly mentioned to every worker or employee base on the desire designation they are holding or base on the hierarchy of the organization. This will helps to complete the work on time and increase the unity, more cooperation among the employees. The more unity and cooperation among the staff then the more development to get the work done on time. This will helps a direction to get the desire goals of the organization.
