Nursing staff,patient care coordinators,doctors,health counsellors ,administration team to help in registration process,all these are included in episode of patient care .No matter what these people will be continously involved in providing patient care and continous monitoring on their needs.From the time they enter they have a conversation with front office executives,registration department,patient coordinators,healthcare staff who clear the doubts while filling the forms such as consent forms,doctors and finally the sample collection staff who are involved to draw the patient blood samples for futher blood tests.
