Yes they have healthcare rights which are not legal or statutory. patients treated if they were underaged and have ability to decide their own can refuse the physician to disclose his / her information to the family members either their health status or the treatment. The capability of the patient and his development will be assessed by the doctor.

And even in case of medical experimentation , they have sole rights to participate and withdraw their participation at any point of time.

patient can decide what to wear [clothing] and the jewels wored by the patient can't be removed unless it cause safety issues for treatment or for diagnostic procedures
