For giving whirlpool bath or hot water bath, the temperature of the water should be 99 - 102 degree of farahnheat. It should not be more than that. A registered nurse should be make sure that the water provided for the patient is in correct temperature. Otherwise it might cause burn. In this case the nurse assistant given hot water which was 139 degrees that cause severe burns to patient and as a result patient died. In case of filing suit, it probably by the next of hospital or health centre.
