1.CPOE system,where electronically enters the medication orders,radiology,refferal by the physician.
technical issues- it is not suitable unless appropriate training is given,system based communication of information is inaccessible due to failure.
physician and staff inexperience may cause slower the work,as they work from different work stations and needs lots of time to get perfect with confidence,otherwise it creates confusion to carryout the orders.
possibility of dangers by errors like automatation causes false sense of security,misconception that technology suggests a course of action which contributes high mortality.

2.CPOE system helps to improve the standards of providing care with digitalization,but it also causing to face the consequences of errors with computerization and missing the fundamental rules in providing health care.
